The site plan does not indicate a helicopter pad, but a site visit revealed a <br /> circular cement pad with a windsock nearby. The pad is located where <br /> parking is indicated on the site plan. Private landing areas for helicopters <br /> are not regulated by the Community Development Department. A helicopter <br /> pad is not part of this permit. <br /> The application has been tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting on <br /> December 4, 2008. A new site plan and marketing plan must be received before <br /> November 7, 2008 to keep this date. The Community Development Department has <br /> reviewed Use Permit application No. PA-0800266 and will be recommending that the <br /> Planning Commission approve the project subject to the following conditions of approval: <br /> Use Permit Application No. was approved by the Planning Commission on .
