TEEPEE DRIVE (APN 092-210-08) PA-0300561 (SA) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers the <br /> following comments: <br /> 1. Should the San Joaquin County require this development be served by City of Stockton <br /> sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is consistent with the City's <br /> General Plan, the property owner shall be required to apply for a City of Stockton Outside <br /> Sewer connection and shall be required to annex to the City of Stockton, and pay the <br /> applicable fees. <br /> 2. The owner/developer should install sidewalk adjacent the entire site frontage per City of <br /> Stockton standards prior to occupancy of any new buildings/structures on this site. <br /> 3. All traveled areas (less than 28 feet in width) adjacent any building, curbing or walkway <br /> should be posted " No Parking" and "Fire Lane" pursuant to City of Stockton Standard <br /> Drawing No. 41 A.
