e. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be <br /> installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond <br /> the property lines snail be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, <br /> that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[g][41) <br /> g. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10)foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width <br /> of Teepee Drive, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage <br /> areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and <br /> kept mowed and dust free. <br /> (4) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.6 of the <br /> Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent <br /> (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping <br /> along the street frontage. 3 trees shall be planted, evenly spaced throughout the parking <br /> lot. (Development Title Section 9-1020.6) <br /> h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be <br /> enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred <br /> (100) feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two <br /> (2) feet above the adjacent screen.
