j. COMMERCIAL VEHICLE: The home occupation may involve the use of a commercial vehicle, not <br /> to exceed eleven thousand(11,000)pounds gross weight. (Development Title Section 9-839.5) <br /> k. STORAGE: There shall be no outdoor storage of materials or equipment and no storage of toxic or <br /> hazardous materials, including ammunition and gunpowder, except for those amounts which would <br /> normally be permitted by the Uniform Building Code or specifically approved as to type by the <br /> Director, nor shall merchandise be visible from outside the home. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 839.5) <br /> I. USE OF FACILITIES AND UTILITIES: The use of utilities and community facilities shall be limited <br /> to that normally associated with the use of the property for residential purposes. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-839.5) <br /> m. ADVERTISING: There shall be no public advertising which calls attention to the fact that the home <br /> is being used for business purposes. Telephone listings shall not contain the address of the home <br /> occupation business. (Development Title Section 9-839.5) <br /> n. ELECTROMAGNAETIC INTERFERENCE: Electrical or mechanical equipment which creates <br /> audible interference in radio receivers or visual or audible interference in television receivers or <br /> causes fluctuations in line voltage outside the building containing the home occupation is prohibited. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-839.5) <br /> o. FIRE MARSHAL APPROVAL: The home occupation shall be subject to the approval of the Fire <br /> Marshal. (Development Title Section 9-839.5) <br /> p. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to the <br /> initiation of the use. The Business License may be applied for concurrently with the building permit <br /> application. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> q. COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently operating without the required <br /> permits, the Site Plan shall be submitted within 30 days from the date of this approval letter. <br /> Enforcement action will be deferred if the Site Plan is submitted within 30 days, and the Conditions of <br /> Approval are met within 60 days from the date of this approval letter. <br /> r. UNIFORM BUILDING CODE: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before <br /> submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Provide a one-hour occupancy separation between the upholstery area (F-1) and the personal <br /> hobby shop area(U-1). <br /> Conditions of Approval -2 - SA-00-28 <br />
