November 16, 2004 <br /> NOA Project Number: E04115A <br /> 3 L4 Stockton Fire Prevention <br /> The Stockton Fire Department was not contacted regarding the subject property because that agency <br /> maintains its hazardous materials by date and incident number only and not by address (personal <br /> communication, September 30,2003). <br /> 3.L9 San Joaquin County AgriculturalCommissioner <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioners Office was not contacted regarding use of <br /> agricultural chemicals on the subject property because Mr. Yang attested that to his knowledge the <br /> property has not been used for agriculture (based on the environmental questionnaire competed <br /> October 6,2004). Review of the aerial photographs supports the assumption that the property has not <br /> been used for agriculture since 1957. <br /> I L 6 Water Supply and Sewage Disposal System <br /> The EHD well and septic permit files were searched on October 15,2004 in an effort to obtain copies 11 <br /> of permits for any water wells or septic tanks on the subject property. No permits were found for the (� J <br /> subject property. <br /> One well was located in the center of the subject property. Its location can be found on Plate 1, and <br /> a photograph of the well can be found in Appendix B. <br /> In the environmental questionnaire completed by Mr.Yang,he indicated that the property uses the city <br /> sewer system,Appendix E. <br /> 3.L7 California Integrated Waste Management Board <br /> The Solid Waste Information System(SWIS)database is maintained by the California Integrated Waste <br /> Management Board (CIWMB). The SWIS database contains an inventory of solid waste disposal <br /> facilities or landfills. These may be active or inactive facilities or open dumps that failed to meet RCRA <br /> Section 2204 criteria for solid waste landfills or disposal sites. <br /> The SWIS database was reviewed online on September 16,2004; the subject property did not appear t j <br /> on the SWIS database at this time. The SWIS database listed no sites within a one-quarter mile radius <br /> of the subject property. <br /> too <br /> 3.L8 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources <br /> bw The California Department of Oil, Gas,and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) wildcat map 606 was <br /> reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property.
