It was at least one-quarter mile from the subject property and according to the most recently <br /> published groundwater depth and elevation maps for San Joaquin County,the groundwater is 20-40 feet <br /> below the ground surface and flows to the east,away from the subject property.Based on the distance <br /> from the subject property, the small amount of fuel leaked and the depth and gradient of the <br /> groundwater,it does not appear to present an environmental threat to the property. <br /> 5.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> All the debris on the subject property should be removed prior to development. <br /> 1i. <br /> 8 <br />
