Because the majority of any manure <br /> solids will need to be hauled off site,EHD is directing Lima Ranch to begin to tabulate and <br /> record the approximate number of loads (pounds),the acreage, and location that the manure <br /> solids are being applied to. That report shall be presented to Louis Pratt, of the Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region and the EHD by January 1"of each subsequent <br /> year. The first round of reporting is to be submitted to EHD and Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board by January 1,2003. <br /> The EHD is required to recover costs associated with this on-going activity per the Board of <br /> Supervisors Order B-90-620.
