This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot <br /> S contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> I <br /> I <br /> f. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil j <br /> Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3&9-1110.4). <br /> g. Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for review and <br /> approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Retail Food Code,Article 1, 114380). A <br /> review fee of$390 is required at the time of submittal. <br /> h. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental ` <br /> Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title,Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> i. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged to <br /> an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. A registered <br /> engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system <br /> must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be <br /> obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $250 plan check fee Is required at the <br /> time of submittal. <br /> j. If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register with San Joaquin County EHD <br /> and register hazardous material in the California Environmental reporting system <br /> (cers.calepa.ca.gov). <br /> k. If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must be <br /> obtained from the END. The applicant must also obtain an EPA Identification Number, and <br /> comply with all applicable regulations. <br /> 4. SAN JOAQUIN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS(Staff Contact: Laurel Boyd,209-235-0600) <br /> a. This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open <br /> Space Plan (SJMSCP). This can be up to a 90-day process and it is recommended that the project <br /> applicant contact SJMSCP staff as early as possible. It is also recommended that the project <br /> applicant obtain an information package, <br /> 5. SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT(Staff Contact: Sharla Yang,559- <br /> 230-5934) <br /> a. Based on the information provided to the District, the proposed project would equal or exceed <br /> 9,000 square feet of other space. Therefore, the District concludes that the proposed project is <br /> subject to District Rule 9510 (indirect Source Review). Any applicant subject to District Rule 9510 <br /> is required to submit an Air Impact Assessment (AIA) application to the District no later than <br /> applying for final discretionary approval, and to pay an applicable off-site mitigation fees before <br /> issuance of the first building permit. <br />
