Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil j Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 1110.3&9-1110.4). g. This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space Plan (SJMSCP). This can be up to a 90-day process and it is recommended that the project applicant contact SJMSCP staff as early as possible. Based on the information provided to the District, the proposed project would equal or exceed 9,000 square feet of other space. Therefore, the District concludes that the proposed project is subject to District Rule 9510 (indirect Source Review). Any applicant subject to District Rule 9510 is required to submit an Air Impact Assessment (AIA) application to the District no later than applying for final discretionary approval, and to pay an applicable off-site mitigation fees before issuance of the first building permit.
