LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares,provided, however,,that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> e. When Star Street is constructed,entrances to the site and the State Route 12/Thornton Road <br /> intersection may be limited to right-turn in and right-turn out only. <br /> 3. The applicant shall connect to San Joaquin County Public Sewer Service Area 31 on or before 18 <br /> months from the effective date of this approval and subject to the requirementto pump out the <br /> existing septic tank as required. The applicant shall obtain a septic destruction permit prior to <br /> building permit issuance to show that the leach field has been cut off.. <br /> b. Open, pump,and backfill the septic tank,seepage pit,or excavation under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division.
