APPROVED USE: This approval is for the addition of a 4,025-square-foot prefabricated <br /> metal building to be used as a truck tire repair shop,accessory to an existing truck stop(UP- <br /> 81-46), and the addition of thirty-two(32) overnight truck parking spaces as shown on the <br /> Site Pian submitted June 10, 1999. <br /> c. TRUCK PARKING: Truck parking shall comply with the following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or <br /> Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust-free surface. Bumper guards shall <br /> be provided where necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1015.5) <br /> (2) One(1)truck parking space shall be provided for every truck parked at the facility. <br /> (3) Spaces shall be a minimum twenty-five feet in length and fifteen (15)feet in width and <br /> shall have minimum height clearance of fourteen(14) feet. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1015.6[c][1]) <br /> (4) Spaces shall not interfere with vehicular circulation or parking or with pedestrian <br /> circulation. (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1015.6[c][2]) <br /> (5) Aisles between truck parking areas shall be a minimum of fifty-five (55) feet wide. <br /> (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1015.6[d][21) <br /> (6) All truck parking spaces shall be delineated with a sign or painted surface. <br /> d. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be <br /> installed. (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares,provided, <br /> however,that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists.
