Padilla APN: 055-150-26 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. <br /> Thornton Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 to 160 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> the same. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> I. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. Unless already paved, the driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3, The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee.is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is$151.36 per additional <br /> daily trip-end generated in the Thornton area.
