Agreement A-95-1022. An engineering study shall be completed to determine what <br /> improvements to existing facilities within County Service Area No. 31 will need to be <br /> constructed for water, sewer and drainage system. <br /> 8. A dedication of a minimum of 84 feet of right-of-way shall be made for the "new" <br /> section of Thornton Road. Other dedications will be required to meet the <br /> requirements of the approved Special Purpose Plan. <br /> 9. Access to the project will be restricted to the new alignment of Themtcn Road. <br /> 10. Existing sections of Thornton Road proposed to be abandoned shall not be <br /> completed by the County until dedication and improvement of the realigned section <br /> of Thornton Road and Star Street are completed and accepted by the County, and <br /> the access of existing Thornton Road, north of SR 12 is physically closed off. <br /> Areas 4 and 5, as shown on the site plan, shall not be developed prior to the <br /> abandonment of the obsolete section of Thornton Road. <br /> 11. Special Purpose P!an PP-98-3 shall be approved by the Board of Supervisors prior <br /> to or concurrent with the approval of this application. <br /> 12. The applicant shall be responsible for the construction of improvements on Star <br /> Street, DeBroggi Road, Thornton, SR 12, and SR 12/1-5 ramps in accordance to the <br /> proposed PP-98-3. An agreement regarding cost sharing of the above-mentioned <br /> improvement shall be executed between applicant, County, Caltrans and Flag City, <br /> Inc. <br /> 13. The new intersection of State Highway Route 12, Thornton Road and Star Street <br /> shall be approved by the Califcmia Cepartment of Transportation. <br /> 3. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1105.2(b) <br /> b. Conrection to an aoproved public water supply system as required by Section 9- <br /> 1120.2 of the San Jcaquin County Develcpment Title. <br /> c. If hazardous material is sacred on site, applicant must register with County office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> If haz-ardcus waste is generated, aeeiicant must obtain a EPA identification number <br /> and c:,mciv With acciicable r=gu!a�icrs. <br />
