As an example, these <br /> requirements may include raising the finish floor elevation one foot above the expected <br /> flood level and/or using flood resistant materials. <br /> (2) The County resurfaced Thornton Road from State Route 12 to approximately 3,200 feet <br /> north of State Route 12 in the fall of 2010- Per Public Works Trench Cut Policy for <br /> arterial roads, no pavement cuts are allowed for six years after a resurfacing project. <br /> (Department Administrative Manual 3910) <br /> 2. In addition, written confirmation from Public Works that the <br /> agency has or will have the sewer capacity to serve the development is also required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> b. The applicant shall provide written confirmation from the water providers that improvements <br /> have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements <br /> required by the agency and that the agency has or will have the capacity to serve the <br /> proposed development. Said written confirmation shall be submitted prior to the issuance of <br /> building permits. (Development Title Section 9-1120.2) <br /> c. Submit three sets of food facility plans to Environmental Health for review and approval prior <br /> to the issuance of building permits (California Retail Food Code,Article 1, 114380). A <br /> review fee of$366.00 is required at the time of submittal. <br /> d. If hazardous materials are stored on the site, the applicant must register with the San <br /> Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> e. If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must <br /> be obtained from Environmental Health. The applicant must also obtain an EPA <br /> identification number and comply with all applicable regulations. <br /> f. The applicant shall submit an underground storage(UST) installation application to <br /> Environmental Health pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 25286 for the <br /> installation and operation of USTs. <br />
