Storm drainage runoff from the parking areas must be drained through a sand/oil separator <br /> prior to discharging into the storm drainage system. <br /> q. All off-site and PUE utility line improvements shall be in conformance with the current <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. These <br /> improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check and field inspection fees and <br /> must be approved by Public Works prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-240 and 9-1100) <br /> r. All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the latest edition of the Manual on Uniform <br /> Traffic Control Devices and/or San Joaquin County Standards and shall be shown on the <br /> improvement plans. (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> (1) A wastewater questionnaire shall be submitted to Public Works. <br /> (2) Sewer calculations shall be submitted to Public Works, including sewer demand <br /> projections, and must comply with applicable agreements attached to the parcels related <br /> to the proposed development. <br /> (3) The applicant shall comply with all Memorandums of Understanding, including but not <br /> limited to document A-07-234, and guidelines associated with the sewer connection and <br /> effluent treatment provided by the City of Lodi. <br /> (4) The applicant shall ensure that the maximum salinity electrical conductivity for sewer <br /> system effluent discharges is 1051µmhos/cm, based on June 15, 2010, quarterly well <br /> test results, unless otherwise approved by the City of Lodi as part of their salinity plan. <br /> (5) Self-regenerating water softeners, those that backwash a brine solution into the sewer, <br /> are prohibited. <br /> (6) Appropriate grease traps in conformance with the requirements of Environmental Health <br /> and Public Works shall be installed. Plans, specifications, and an operation and <br /> maintenance plan shall be submitted with the final site plan for review and approval prior <br /> to the release of building permits. <br /> (7) The applicant shall pay annual sewer charges that are based upon projected demand or <br /> the prior year's actual water use. <br /> (8) Total sewer demand shall be limited per the will-serve letter on file for this project. <br /> u. The project shall be served by a public terminal drainage system to meet the requirements <br /> of San Joaquin County Development Standards and to provide adequate drainage for the <br />
