m. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. The final site plan is required upon <br /> submittal of verification. <br /> n. The applicant shall submit Permit Registration Documents to the State Water Resources Control Board and <br /> subsequently submit the Waste Discharge Identification Number to the Department of Public Works for filing <br /> prior to issuance of any building permits. <br /> o. The California Stormwater Quality Association Best Management Practices Guidelines for Retail Gasoline <br /> Outlets shall be used on this project. <br /> p. Storm drainage runoff from the parking areas must be drained through a sand/oil separator prior to <br /> discharging into the storm drainage system. <br /> q. All off-site and PUE utility line improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards <br /> and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to <br /> plan check and field inspection fees and must be approved by Public Works prior to issuance of the <br /> occupancy permit. (Development Title Sections 9-240 and 9-1100) <br /> r. All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the latest edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control <br /> Devices and/or San Joaquin County Standards and shall be shown on the improvement plans. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> s. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of Environmental Health <br /> and Public Works. The system shall provide adequate domestic and fire water supply in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the County Fire Warden and the local fire district. The applicant shall install a County <br /> Standard water meter. Service shall be provided by County Service Area 31,Zone W. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1120.2) <br /> t. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system constructed in conformance <br /> with the requirements of Environmental Health and Public Works. Service shall be provided by CSA 31. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> (1) A wastewater questionnaire shall be submitted to Public Works. <br /> (2) Sewer calculations shall be submitted to Public Works, including sewer demand projections, and must <br /> comply with applicable agreements attached to the parcels related to the proposed development. <br /> (3) The applicant shall comply with all Memorandums of Understanding, including but not limited to document <br /> A-07-234, and guidelines associated with the sewer connection and effluent treatment provided by the <br /> City of Lodi. <br /> (4) The applicant shall ensure that the maximum salinity electrical conductivity for sewer system effluent <br /> discharges is 1051µmhos/cm, based on June 15, 2010, quarterly well test results, unless otherwise <br /> approved by the City of Lodi as part of their salinity plan. <br /> (5) Self-regenerating water softeners,those that backwash a brine solution into the sewer, are prohibited. <br /> (6) Appropriate grease traps in conformance with the requirements of Environmental Health and Public Works <br /> shall be installed.
