The project shall be served by a public terminal drainage system to meet the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Development Standards and to provide adequate drainage for the project site. Service shall be <br /> provided by CSA 31. (Development Title Section 9-1135.3) <br /> v. The project shall be served by a public street lighting system. Service shall be provided by CSA 31. <br /> w. The applicant shall pay all applicable buy-in fees for annexing the subject property into CSA 31 and CSA 31 <br /> Zone W prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> x. The applicant shall agree to and shall pay user fees for the utility services until the property is placed on the <br /> County tax rolls. <br /> y. The Notice of Lot Line Adjustment per Lot Line Adjustment No. PA-1000232 shall be recorded as required by <br /> the Local Agency Formation Commission's annexation requirements prior to release of building permits. <br /> NOTES: <br /> (1) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of permit <br /> issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements(Title 9, Chapter 9- <br /> 1605)and all requirements of the State of California(CCR Title 23)that are in force at the time of permit <br /> issuance. If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated,a hazardous waste generator permit must be obtained from <br /> Environmental Health.
