All automobile and truck parking spaces and all major circulation drive lanes must be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with a minimum of two (2) inches of asphalt concrete over an appropriate <br /> base Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> The requirements of the parking chapter may be modified by the Director in cases in which, due to <br /> the unusual nature of the establishment proposed or the development proposal submitted for it, the <br /> requirements set forth herein may be considered insufficient or excessive. In making the decision, <br /> the Director may consider the existence of special transit incentives and services, car pooling <br /> programs, and significant use of pedestrian and bicycle access. Decisions of the Director pursuant to <br /> this Section may be appealed using the Staff Review with Notice Procedure set forth in Chapter 9- <br /> 215 <br /> Access <br /> Access driveways for automobiles must have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way <br /> aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case can driveways designated as <br /> fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[hj[1]}. <br /> Landscaping <br /> No landscaping is shown on the site plan. Landscaping must be provided and comply with Chapter <br /> 9-1020 of the Development Title. The parking area must be provided with a minimum of five percent (5%) of <br /> landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, riot including landscaping along the street <br /> frontage. One tree for every five automobile parking spaces must be planted.. evenly spaced <br /> throughout the parking lot <br /> Signs <br /> No signs are shown on the site plan. Pursuant to Development Title Section 9-1710.2[g], sign details <br /> r-,11-est be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be included on the Site Plan. <br /> All portions of any sign must be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from any future right-of-way line, <br /> including any corner cut-off(snipe).
