• A <br /> b) Two-way, trucks only entering/exiting the northerly-most driveway <br /> Plans and specification shall be submitted with the final sitelan for review and approval pproval prior to <br /> release of building permit. <br /> (2). On-site pedestrian facilities including ADA-compliant facilities(including but not limited to <br /> walkways;signing and striped walkways)shall be installed to enhance the pedestrian's visibility to <br /> on-site motor vehicles (both truck and passenger cars) and to downplay and potentialiy restrict <br /> the internal connection between the truck and passenger car areas and shall be shown on the <br /> final site plan. <br /> (3). Truck parking/loading areas shall be designated to ensure adequate space is provided to <br /> accommodate delivery occurrences (e-g. bulk gas and food delivery). Plans and specifications <br /> shall be submitted with the final site plan for review and approval prior to release of the building <br /> permit. <br /> (4). Applicant shall be responsible for providing to Caltrans the necessary signal hardware to facilitate <br /> traffic signal interconnection and coordination for the three (3) State Route 12 intersections (at <br /> Interstate 5 Southbound Off-Ramp, Interstate 5 Northbound On/Off-Ramp, and at Thornton <br /> Road/Star Street). Written verification from Caltrans shall be submitted prior to issuance of the' <br /> building permit. 4 <br /> (5). Prior to issuance of any building permits, applicant shall pay a fee of$320.00 to process a <br /> request to the Board of Supervisors to establish a "No Parking" zone along the newly constructed <br /> portion of Thornton Road..In the event that the"No parking" zone is approved by the Board of <br /> Supervisors, applicant shall pay the appropriate fee to furnish and install the "No Parking" zone <br /> signs/striping. a <br /> In addition to the mitigation recommended from the traffic study, the Department of Public Works <br /> recommends conditions of approval for a Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee, a Regional Transportation Impact <br /> Fee, and improvements to Thornton Road in conformance with the standards for one-half(112)of an <br /> eighty-four foot wide right-of-way Minor Arterial- <br /> Council of Governments <br /> San Joaquin County is a signatory to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and <br /> Open Space Plan (SJMSCP). Participation in the plan satisfies requirements of both the state and federal <br /> endangered species acts, and ensures that the impacts are mitigated below a level of significance in <br /> compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act.Although participation in the SJMSCP is <br /> voluntary, if the applicant chooses not to participate, the applicant will be required to provide alternative <br /> mitigation in an amount and kind equal to that provided in the SJMSCP.
