The General Plan and Zone Reclassification have been approved by both the Planning Commission <br /> and Board of Supervisors. The traffic study has been completed. Their recommended mitigations are <br /> included in the staff report. They will comply with all the Development Title requirements. They concur will, <br /> all the findings. - <br /> Kevin Huber,the manager of Highway 12 Investors,said all the business have benefited from the traffic <br /> study. Flying J does not have enough room to hold all the trucks and do not want competition from other <br /> businesses.
