q. All off-site and PUE utility line improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement <br /> Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. These improvement plans and <br /> specifications are subject to plan check and field inspection fees and must be approved by Public <br /> Works prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Sections 9-240 and 9-1100) <br /> r. All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the latest edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic <br /> Control Devices andtor San Joaquin County Standards and shall be shown on the improvement <br /> plans. (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> s. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of <br /> Environmental Health and Public Works. The system shall provide adequate domestic and fire water <br /> supply in conformance with the requirements of the County Fire Warden and the local fire district. <br /> The applicant shall install a County Standard water meter. Service shall be provided by County <br /> Service Area 31,Zone W. (Development Title Section 9-1120.2) . <br /> t. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system constructed in <br /> conformance with the requirements of Environmental Health and Public Works, Service shall be <br /> provided by CSA 31_ (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> (1) A wastewater questionnaire shall be submitted to Public Works. <br /> (2) Sewer calculations shall be submitted to Public Works, including sewerdemand projections, and <br /> must comply with applicable agreements attached to the parcels related to the proposed <br /> development. <br /> (3) The applicant shall comply with all Memorandums of Understanding,including but not limited to <br /> document A-07-234, and guidelines associated with the sewer connection and effluent treatment <br /> provided by the City of Lodi. <br /> (4) The applicant shall ensure that the maximum salinity electrical conductivity for sewer system <br /> effluent discharges is 1051 umhos/cm, based on June 15, 2010,quarterly well test results, unless <br /> otherwise approved by the City of Lodi as part of their salinity plan. <br /> (5) Self-regenerating water softeners,those that backwash a brine solution into the sewer,are <br /> prohibited. <br /> (6) Appropriate grease traps in conformance with the requirements of Environmental Health and <br /> Public Works shall be installed. Plans,specifications, and an operation and maintenance plan <br /> shall be submitted with the final site plan for review and approval prior to the release of building <br /> permits. <br /> (7) The applicant shall pay annual sewer charges that are based upon projected demand or the <br /> prior year's actual water use. <br /> (8) Total sewer demand shall be limited per the wilf-serve letter on file for this project. <br /> u. The project shall be served by a public terminal drainage system to meet the requirements of San <br /> Joaquin County Development Standards and to provide adequate drainage for the project site. <br /> Service shall be provided by CSA 31. (Development Title Section 9-1135.3) <br /> v. The project shall be served by a public street lighting system.
