q. All off-site and PUE utility line improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check and field inspection fees and must be approved by Public Works prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Sections 9-240 and 9-1100) r. All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the latest edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices andtor San Joaquin County Standards and shall be shown on the improvement plans. (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) s. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of Environmental Health and Public Works. The system shall provide adequate domestic and fire water supply in conformance with the requirements of the County Fire Warden and the local fire district. The applicant shall install a County Standard water meter. Service shall be provided by County Service Area 31,Zone W. (Development Title Section 9-1120.2) . t. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system constructed in conformance with the requirements of Environmental Health and Public Works, Service shall be provided by CSA 31_ (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) (1) A wastewater questionnaire shall be submitted to Public Works. (2) Sewer calculations shall be submitted to Public Works, including sewerdemand projections, and must comply with applicable agreements attached to the parcels related to the proposed development. (3) The applicant shall comply with all Memorandums of Understanding,including but not limited to document A-07-234, and guidelines associated with the sewer connection and effluent treatment provided by the City of Lodi. (4) The applicant shall ensure that the maximum salinity electrical conductivity for sewer system effluent discharges is 1051 umhos/cm, based on June 15, 2010,quarterly well test results, unless otherwise approved by the City of Lodi as part of their salinity plan. (5) Self-regenerating water softeners,those that backwash a brine solution into the sewer,are prohibited. (6) Appropriate grease traps in conformance with the requirements of Environmental Health and Public Works shall be installed. Plans,specifications, and an operation and maintenance plan shall be submitted with the final site plan for review and approval prior to the release of building permits. (7) The applicant shall pay annual sewer charges that are based upon projected demand or the prior year's actual water use. (8) Total sewer demand shall be limited per the wilf-serve letter on file for this project. u. The project shall be served by a public terminal drainage system to meet the requirements of San Joaquin County Development Standards and to provide adequate drainage for the project site.
