The applicant shall be responsible for providing to Caltrans the necessary signal hardware to facilitate traffic signal interconnection and coordinate for the three State Route 12 intersections(at ' .Interstate 5 southbound off-ramp,at Interstate 5 northbound ontoff ramp,and at Thomton Road/Star Street), Written verification from Caltrans shall be submitted prior to the issuance of building permits. h, Prior to issuance of any building permits;the applicant shall pay a fee of$320.00 to process a request to the Board of Supervisors to establish a"No Parking'zone along the newly constructed portion of Thomton Road. In the event that the"No Parking"zone is approved by the Board of Supervisors,the applicant shall pay the appropriate fee to furnish and install the"No Parking"zone signs/shiping. I.
