If the applicant chooses to file a full application, it will be necessary to submit a "will serve" letter for public sewer services. Next Step When the applicant is ready to submit the full application, it will be necessary to do the following: • Submit the remaining portion of the Minor Subdivision application fee. • Submit seven copies (18" x 26") and two reduced copies (8 1/2 " x 11") of the tentative map. • Submit seven copies of the application. • Submit a surface and subsurface contamination report to the Environmental Health Department, and include a copy of the receipt with full application. • Submit a "will serve" letter for public sewer services.
