6. <br /> September 25,2006 <br /> NOA Project Number: E06102B <br /> /3.3 On-Site Septic System Repair Permit History <br /> No septic repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on September 6, 2006. <br /> 13.4 Existing Septic System Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed <br /> •- a 1993 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver. We counted <br /> the building clusters within one square mile of the Site,and made the assumption that each building <br /> cluster has one septic system.
