October 2, 2006 <br /> NOA Project Number: E06102A <br /> 13.L2 San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> Because the subject property parcels have no address, a file search could not be conducted at EHD. <br /> The Undergmund Storage Tank Site Mitigation List, dated April 3, 2006, and the LOP/Non-LOP Sites <br /> database,dated July 20,2004,were reviewed at the EHD on September 5,2006. No additional listed <br /> sites were found within one-quarter mile of the subject property. <br /> The UST Program Facility Inventog by Facility Name,dated February 9,2006,was also searched at the EHD <br /> hm on September 19, 2006 for the name of Sartini (the previous owner). No records were found for the <br /> subject property. <br /> 60 131.3 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services <br /> The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES)web site" was searched on September <br /> hn 27,2006 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject <br /> property. No records were found for the subject property by a search of facilities on Thornton Road. <br /> b. According to Michelle Halliwell of the OES,the following incident reports are on file at that agency for <br /> properties within one-quarter mile of the subject property 12: <br /> i <br /> �. UPRR at Kile/Thornton 10/15/94 Cargo container labeled radioactive <br /> Thornton Rd. N of FD 9/6/01 Drums of water near monitoring well <br /> Stockton/Thornton Rds. 3/11/02 Truck leaking fuel <br /> L25999 N.Thornton Rd. 10/3/03 Herbicide containers near road <br /> Nowell 1/4 mi. N of Kile 1/2/04 Buckets of liquid by road <br /> L /Due to the dates,nature of the incidents and cleanup procedures followed,the environmental impact <br /> to the subject property from these incidents is expected to be minimal.
