` October 2, 2006 NOA Project Number: E06102A �- 13.1.1 Regional Water Quality Control Board NOA reviewed the Leaking Underground Storage Tanks(LUST)list Quly 2006),the lY>aterPurveyorsQuarterly F4ort on MTBE Quly 2006),and the Spills,Leaks,Investigations,and Cleanups(SLIC)list(1$`Quarter 2005) on file with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB)'in an attempt to determine if there are any files present at that agency which note the unauthorized release of a toxic or ►- hazardous agent into the environment on the subject property or within a one-quarter mile radius of the subject property. The subject property was not listed on any of these databases. The primary concern of the report is.with contaminant migration to a water yyell to the north.9 two The Universal Forest Products property, located approximately one-quarter to one mile southeast of the subject property, has a status of"leak reported." According to the most recent report available through GeoTracker, three groundwater monitoring wells were advanced in the general vicinity of a r. former underground storage tank pit. The groundwater gradient at that property appears to move in a southwesterly direction.
