The subject property was not listed on any of these databases. The primary concern of the report is.with contaminant migration to a water yyell to the north.9 <br /> two The Universal Forest Products property, located approximately one-quarter to one mile southeast of <br /> the subject property, has a status of"leak reported." According to the most recent report available <br /> through GeoTracker, three groundwater monitoring wells were advanced in the general vicinity of a <br /> r. former underground storage tank pit. The groundwater gradient at that property appears to move in <br /> a southwesterly direction.
