SA-93•-0025 DOUGLAS AND <br /> MARY ANN MANSER (C/O LESOVSKY-DONALDSON ARCHITECTS) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The request is for a Site Approval application to construct a <br /> 2 , 527-square foot fast food restaurant on a 1. 97-acre parcel <br /> located on the northeast corner of Walnut Grove Avenue and <br /> Thornton Road in Thornton. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above- <br /> referenced application and intends to approve it subject to the <br /> following Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall <br /> be fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> 1. This approval shall be for the construction of a 2 , 527- <br /> square foot fast food restaurant. <br />
