The San Joaquin County Site Approval <br /> application number is PA 02-247. <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department provided their requirements for the <br /> _ project in a memo dated July 9, 2002 to the San Joaquin County Community Development <br /> Department. This primarily addresses the waste water treatment plant study mentioned in <br /> requirement"A"of the memo. In addition, we contacted the California Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board to discuss discharge requirements as mentioned in Requirement`B"of the memo. <br /> .. 1.1 Scope of Work <br /> The initial scope of work included conducting a series of percolation tests and infiltration tests <br /> within the proposed sewage disposal field to determine weather the percolation rate of the soils <br /> were satisfactory and to determine the size of the sewage disposal field.
