The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on <br /> three sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth <br /> side. <br /> e. Details of existing and proposed fencing shall be shown <br /> on the Improvement Plan. <br /> f. All parking and security lighting shall be hooded and <br /> directed to prevent glare onto Thornton Road and adjacent <br /> properties. Lighting standards. if proposed, shall be <br /> limited to twenty (20) feet in height and shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> g. Areas used for warehouse, retail and office uses shall be <br /> included on the Improvement Plan. <br /> h. Details of any truck loading area shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> i. Hazardous materials shall be stored. transported, <br /> handled, and disposed of in a manner acceptable to the <br /> County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> j. All construction and improvements shall conform to the <br /> approved Site Plan and Improvement Plan. <br /> NOTES: <br /> 1. Any modification of the above conditions or approved Site <br /> Plan shall only be by filing a "Revision of Approval" <br /> application or by filing a new "Site Approval" <br /> application. <br /> 2. Payment of school fees may be required prior to issuance <br /> of building permits. Contact the Lodi School District <br /> for specific fee requirements. <br />
