It is unreasonable to expect the existing neighborhood to tolerate the <br /> burden of the proposed convenience store and sale of gasoline and alcohol. <br /> It is unreasonable for our neighborhood to tolerate the attractive nuisance the proposed <br /> convenience will become. The proposed use will be an inconvenience store for the <br /> neighborhood.
