If an existing State highway <br /> facility is operating at less than this target LOS, the existing MOE should be <br /> maintained. <br /> • Upon submittal of a future TIS, please provide in an electronic format, the traffic <br /> microsimulation software files (both. input and output) that will be used to develop the <br /> traffic impact study.
