PA1500056 We Play Indoor Soccer Complex REVISED: 5-11-15 3252 Tomahawk DR. Stockton,CA 95205- Description of proposed project: Owners,Michelle Gonzalez and Jason Gonzalez will own and operate the new business. The new business will be named We Play Indoor Soccer Complex. PHASE I:We will have 2 smallartificial turf fields. There will be one larger field,42'x78' and one smaller, 38'x54' in size. The larger field will be used to play 5v5(children/adults),the smaller field will be used for 3v3 (children/adults). The building is approximately 18,000 square feet in size. Phase I will use 10,000 square feet of the total building. The facility will feature men's and women's restrooms, a designated birthday party area, spectator seating area, an office space,retail kiosk and snack bar. PHASE II: We will have 2 small artificial turf fields. There will be one larger field,42'x78' and one smaller, 38'x54' in size. The larger field will be used to play 5v5 (children/adults),the smaller field will be used for 30 (children/adults). Phase 2 will use 8,000 sq. ft. of the total 18,000. FACILITY USE:League play for youth/adults will be the primary source of income. Additional sources of revenue include pre-packaged concessions,retail merchandise,practice rentals, specialized training(beginner/advanced), summer camps, birthday parties,facility rentals and corporate events. There will be flat-screen TVs and a projection screen used as a scoreboard,other audio/video use and viewing live (televised) sporting events. We will install artificial turf playing fields, soccer goals and horizontal and protective ceiling netting for the best playing experience. Business hours will be from 2:OOPM to 10:00 PM,Monday through Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Summer hours will be from 8:OOAM to 10:00 PM. We will operate recreational and competitive-based leagues for ages 3 to 60+. The leagues will be gender-based for children and adults. There will be 5 seasons throughout the year. Each League will last between 8-10 weeks. Games will last 40 minutes. There will be a 20 minute break between games. Games will start at 6pm,Monday-Friday. Games will start as early as 8AM on Saturdays and Sunday's. For the 5v5 Field(larger field),there will be 5 players that play on each team at a time. Each team's roster will have a minimum of 7 players. Each 30 (smaller field)game will have a minimum of 5 players per team. There will be 1-16' long bleachers with 3 rowsfor spectator seating. Fields will be used for alternating games/leagues to avoid the ball interfering and one on one personal training. Birthday parties will be held during non-game hours on Saturday and Sunday only. The field rental will be included with the Birthday package. There will be a separate area for the Birthday's only. There will be 3-52"round tables that seat 8 persons each for the birthday party guests. There will be only one birthday party scheduled at a time. The snack bar will sell bottled water, sodas(cans/bottles only)and prepackaged snacks. Retail sales will offer basic equipment for playing soccer as well as logo apparel for sale. We Play Phase I- Install two playing fields in June 2015. (10,000 sq. ft., total building has 18,000 square feet) We Play Phase II- Install two additional playing fields by June 2016. (This is the same building as above,the second phase is 8,000 sq. ft.)
