We Play Indoor Sports Complex <br /> 3252 Tomahawk Dr. <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Description of Parking Required <br /> Participants: <br /> Field #1- 5 field players x 2 teams =10players + 8(4 reserves per team)=18 <br /> Field #2- 5 field players x 2 teams =1 Oplayers + 8(4 reserves per team)=18 <br /> Field #3-Used for Warm-up only <br /> Field #4-Used for 1on1 training. 1 player + 1 coach=2 <br /> Total Reqd. at full capacity: 90 stalls maximum. <br /> Thus, we estimate a need a 90 parking spaces. This will account for one parking stall for each <br /> participant and their family, employees, referees, coaches, and miscellaneous observers. The project <br /> maximum occupant load will be 90 occupants. <br /> - All fields will not be used concurrently. This will allow for the best player experience and limit the <br /> interference and disruption of loose balls from adjacent fields. This will also prolong the turf life <br /> expectancy. This will apply to any league play, practice, or tournaments. <br /> Two of the fields are smaller and use fewer participants (3 v 3). Those fields and games will be <br /> played on different nights or played while only one 5v5 field will be used. The parking required <br /> will be even less on the nights when 3v3 games will be played. <br /> Carpooling to-and-from practices and games is standard procedure for the vast majority of <br /> youth sports parents and teammates. Carpooling helps parents manage their children's busy <br /> schedules as well as save time and gas. Carpooling will also reduce the required parking <br /> spaces. <br /> A parking agreement between We Play and Cal-Centron has been arranged. We Play will <br /> have access to an additional 55 spaces for parking for its customers. Cal-Centron is <br /> located at 3225 Tomahawk Dr. <br /> - The property's neighbors and adjacent tenants operating hours do not coincide with We Play's <br /> operating hours and primary use hours. Both neighboring businesses and adjacent tenants are <br /> closed on the weekends and close at 4:30 PM daily. We Play's first league games will not start <br /> until 6:OOPM each night during the weekdays and there will be no conflicts during the weekends. <br /> Therefore, the total amount of parking spaces that will be available for our use during <br /> Phase 1 will be 68, and at Phase 2 will be 123 <br /> REVISED 5-11-15 <br />
