The Site does not contain any known <br /> water wells or septic systems. <br /> 2.2 Vicinity Use <br /> The Site is contained within the Cherokee Industrial Park. The Cherokee Industrial Park is <br /> composed of 38 parcels ranging in size from 0.8 to 2.9 acres in size. The Stockton Diverting <br /> Canal bounds the southwest portion of the park. Beyond the canal are residential homes. In all <br /> other directions, the area is commercial property. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> Presently the Site is undeveloped. No records of onsite septic system usage were located for <br /> 3269 East Tomahawk Drive, Stockton, California. <br /> 3.2 Site Septic and Septic Repair Permit History <br /> The files at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department were reviewed on <br /> December 22, 2003. The files were reviewed for new and repair permits for septic systems. No <br /> permits were located for the site. <br /> ° °.a` <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> The site is contained within the Cherokee Industrial Park. The Cherokee Industrial Park is <br /> ism composed of 38 parcels ranging in size from 0.8 to 2.9 acres in size. The park is roughly 70 <br /> acres in size (about 0.11 square miles). The average lot size including the roads is about 1.86 <br /> acres. These figures indicate the septic system density of the park is roughly one septic system <br /> for each 1.86 acres. This is equivalent to a density of 345 septic systems per square mile. North <br /> of the park along Newton Road, and along Highway 99,these areas utilize individual septic <br /> systems for sewage disposal. <br /> FESSOC <br />
