The San Joaquin County site approval application number is PA-03-502. As <br /> mentioned previously, the address of the property is 3269 East Tomahawk Drive, Stockton, <br /> California. The Site Plan was created by Mike Smith Engineering Inc., of Lodi, and was <br /> provided to our office by Mr. Hoagland(Plate 1). <br /> 1.2 Zoning Information <br /> According to San Joaquin Community Development Department, the Site is I-L Zone. The <br /> Limited Industrial (I-L)Zone is intended to provide for light impact manufacturing,warehousing, <br /> wholesaling, construction contracting, and distribution uses. Activities within this zone have <br /> `- external physical effects that are generally restricted to the immediate area, are compatible with <br /> surrounding uses, are conducted entirely within enclosed buildings, and have outdoor storage <br /> areas that are screened. business and professional offices may also be appropriate within this <br /> zone. This zone is intended to implement the Limited Industrial land use category of the General <br /> Plan. <br /> 1.3 Proposed Development <br /> The project consists of creating a construction services complex in two phases on a 0.92 acre /z, <br /> ` parcel.
