Land usage in this immediate area reflects recycling facilities, heavy <br /> industrial activities, mining and residential to the north of Linne Road. We respectfully <br /> recommend that a new condition outlined below be added to the Atwals' permit. <br /> "The owner shall acknowledge the continued use and operation of Teichert's <br /> commercial sand and gravel business, including the existing aggregate processing plant <br /> and quarries and the associated noise, dust, odor, lights, and traffic, including rail, and <br /> heavy equipment. The owner and any future owner of the property shall be restricted <br /> from bringing or participating in any action or proceeding to recover monetary damages <br /> or to challenge, restrict, alter, prohibit, diminish, or limit these aggregate and quarry <br /> activities." <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to offer comments.
