PA-0300484 OF SURINDER S. AND BALINDER ATWAL (Address: 28644 S. Tracy Blvd., APN: 253-120-33) The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval for a nine-truck and nine-trailer parking facility utilizing a 1,505 square foot metal building to be used for maintenance, conversion of a 500 square foot attached garage to a conference room, and conversion of 150 square feet of living space into an office. The applicant also proposes to establish a five-car taxi service and a two-car limousine service and expand a non-conforming residence by enclosing a permitted patio cover. The parcel is located on the east side of Tracy Boulevard, 450' south of Linne Road, east of Tracy. Zoning on the property is I-G (General Industrial), with an accompanying General Plan Designation of I/G (General Industrial). The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Site Approval and offers the following comments.- Site omments:Site Approval Application No. was approved by the Community Development Department on . This approval will expire on , which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force.
