PA-0300484 OF SURINDER S. AND <br /> BALINDER ATWAL (Address: 28644 S. Tracy Blvd., APN: 253-120-33) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval for a nine-truck and nine-trailer <br /> parking facility utilizing a 1,505 square foot metal building to be used for maintenance, conversion <br /> of a 500 square foot attached garage to a conference room, and conversion of 150 square feet of <br /> living space into an office. The applicant also proposes to establish a five-car taxi service and a <br /> two-car limousine service and expand a non-conforming residence by enclosing a permitted patio <br /> cover. <br /> The parcel is located on the east side of Tracy Boulevard, 450' south of Linne Road, east of <br /> Tracy. Zoning on the property is I-G (General Industrial), with an accompanying General Plan <br /> Designation of I/G (General Industrial). <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Site Approval and offers <br /> the following comments.- <br /> Site <br /> omments:Site Approval Application No. was approved by the Community Development Department <br /> on .
