(Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> b) BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to <br /> the initiation of the use. The Business License may be applied for concurrently with the <br /> building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> c) APPROVED USE: This approval is for the establishment of a nine-truck and nine-trailer <br /> truck parking facility utilizing the following as shown on the Site Plan dated September 9, <br /> 2003: <br /> • The construction of a 1,505 square foot building to be used for maintenance <br /> • The conversion of a 500 square foot attached garage into a conference room <br /> • The conversion of 150 square foot living space to office <br /> This approval is also for the establishment of a five-car taxi service and a two-car limousine <br /> service and 390.5 square foot expansion of a non-conforming dwelling in the General <br /> Industrial zone by the enclosing of an approved patio cover. <br /> (Use Types: Truck Sales and Services— Parking, and Transportation Services) <br /> d) STORM DRAINAGE: Any additional stormwater drainage created by new improvements <br /> shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain <br /> improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a <br /> registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> e) PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> i) All automobile and truck parking spaces and all major circulation drive lanes <br /> (automobile and truck) shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with a <br /> minimum of two (2) inches of asphalt concrete over appropriate base. Bumper <br /> guards shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures or <br /> properties. All other areas used for vehicular traffic shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with a chip seal. Aggregate base may be used for trailer <br /> storage areas. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[e]) <br /> ii) A minimum of nine (9) automobile parking spaces, five (5) taxi service parking <br /> spaces, and two (2) limousine parking spaces shall be provided, including one (1) <br /> accessible space, one of which shall be van accessible. Accessible spaces shall be <br /> located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.9) <br /> iii) Each automobile parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) <br /> feet wide and twenty (20) feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> iv) A total of nine (9) truck parking spaces shall be provided and shall be designed in <br /> accordance with Development Title Section 9-1015.6(c). The truck parking spaces <br /> shall be designed to allow room for trailer parking behind the tractors. <br /> f) LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> i) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be <br /> installed.
