beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> g) LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> i) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way <br /> width of Tracy Boulevard, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020.8) <br /> ii) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic <br /> and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> iii) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the <br /> Development Title. Two trees shall be planted, evenly spaced throughout the parking <br /> lot. <br /> h) SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> i) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be <br /> enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one <br /> hundred (100) feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked <br /> higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent screen. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1022.4[e][2][A]). Proposed outdoor storage shall be shown on the Site Plan <br /> submitted with the building permit. <br /> i) ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on <br /> the Site Plan: <br /> i) Access gates shall be recessed from the property line a minimum of sixty five (65) <br /> feet. <br /> ii) Adequate maneuvering and parking areas of automobiles and trucks shall be located <br /> on the site of the truck terminal. <br /> j) COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently operating without the <br /> required permits, the Site Plans shall be submitted within 60 days from the date of this <br /> approval letter.
