Greenwood Road,Tracy). <br /> Jennifer Jolley, Associate Planner; Albert Bogetti, owner, and Jose Alva, attorney, were present <br /> for this item. <br /> Ms.Jolley introduced the project. <br /> Mr. Alva informed Ms. Jolley that the parcel owner's are Bogetti's Orchard, George Bogetti Etal,and <br /> Modesto Cellular PTP does not own the land but they do pay the taxes. Mrs.Jolley asked Mr. Alva to <br /> submit in writing the ownership of that parcel. <br /> Mr. Alva and Mr. Bogetti indicated that they were not aware of the Caltrans issue regarding State Route <br /> 132.
