THE EXCAVATED <br /> MATERIAL WILL BE TRANSPORTED OFF SITE FOR PROCESSING. IN <br /> ADDITION, THERE WILL BE 1,000,000 CUBIC YARDS OVERBURDEN CLAY. <br /> LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF SOUTH TRACY BOULEVARD, 600 FEET <br /> NORTH OF THE I-580 INTERCHANGE. Tracy Boulevard APN: 253-090-10 and 253-090-11 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Prior to approval, a detailed plan maintaining off site storm drainage through the Quarry shall be <br /> submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. <br /> 2. The excavation plan shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer or Land Surveyor and <br /> include the following: <br /> a. Detail of access road(first 100 feet from Tracy Boulevard shall be paved). <br /> b. A plan of the haul route for County roads. <br /> C. Stockpile area for top soil. (No excavation or stockpile shall be allowed within 25 feet of <br /> the property boundary, or the County right-of-way.) <br /> d. Public roads shall be kept free from mud, dirt and gravel resulting from quarry operations. <br />
