RECOGNIZED ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS This assessment has revealed no evidence of RECs in connection with the subject property. CONCLUSIONS AND OPINION Advanced Geo Environmental , Inc. has performed a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment in conformance with the scope and limitations of ASTM Practice E1527-13 , US-EPA AAI for the property located at 161 East Transportation Drive , French Camp , California . Any exceptions to , or deletions from , this practice are described in Section 7 . 1 . of this report or presented as additional services in Section 6 .0 . This assessment has revealed no evidence of RECs in connection with the subject property . AGE has no recommendations for additional environmental investigations at the property .
