The release <br /> impacted the interior of the truck trailer and the asphalt ground <br /> surface near the trailer door. The truck operator reportedly cleanup <br /> the spilled material with absorbent, upon noting the release. During <br /> an inspection of the affected area, EHD noted the asphalt was dry, <br /> though slightly stained . <br /> • Complaint Investigation Form, 21 September 2004: The SJCEHD <br /> reported a ' possible Underground Injection Control (UIC) , French <br /> Drain from ice machine' at the property and further noted that it was <br /> necessary to 'determine if [the] oil/water separator drains to [the] <br /> leach field .' <br /> • That the original oil/water separator configuration , approved for the <br /> subject property in October 1995 , 'was to be a closed loop system' <br /> with ' no ponding or leaching .' <br /> • Model Tank and Secondary Containment Assessment Document, <br /> 14 June 2010: A visual inspection of the 500-gallon waste oil AST <br /> system, pumps and associated piping determined there were no <br /> signs of leaks , corrosion , weld cracks , breaks, or scrapes in the <br /> protective coating which may cause a release from the tank system. <br /> • Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act Program Inspection Reports <br /> under facility name Schneider National, Inc. : The most recent <br /> inspections between 2010 and 2012 were reviewed . No significant <br /> violations were noted . <br /> • Unified Program Hazardous Waste Inspection Reports under facility <br /> name Schneider National, Inc. : The most recent inspections between <br /> 2000 and 2014 were reviewed . No significant violations were noted . <br /> DOM System According to the DOM System , no oil and/or gas wells are located in the <br /> vicinity of the subject property. <br /> 3 .4 . 2 . Additional Site Vicinity Record Sources <br /> The SJCEHD and Regional Board maintain records for, and are responsible for, <br /> enforcement of state UST and hazardous waste laws . AGE commonly reviews files for <br /> up-gradient sites under active environmental regulation to ascertain the current site <br /> status and its potential to impact the subject property.
