Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision <br /> Map Act Section 66411. 1) <br /> 2. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> b. Construct an individual domestic water well on Parcel 1 <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on <br /> Parcel 1 under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d. Destroy the abandoned well (s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> e. Prior to recordation of the Parcel Map, the owner shall <br /> secure a fuel tank closure clearance letter from <br /> Environmental Health Division, Site Mitigation Unit. <br /> 3. SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474 .9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency <br /> or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set <br /> aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, <br /> advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body <br /> concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within <br /> the time provided for in Section 66499. 37 of the <br /> Government Code. <br />
