(2) Each event shall have a maximum attendance of 50 people. (3) Special Events shall end by 10.00 p.m. f. PRODUCTION CAPACITY: A small winery shall have a minimum production capacity of 1.1 tons of grapes or approximately two hundred one (201) gallons of wine and a maximum production capacity of two hundred (200) tons of grapes or approximately thirty-six thousand (36,000) gallons of wine per year. (Development Title Section 9-1075.5[x]) g_ CAPITAL FACILITY FEE: This project may be subject to the Capital Facility Fee. If the Capital Facility Fee is applicable, the County shall collect the fees before the issuance of any building permits. (Development Title Section 9-1245.2) h. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All winery driveways and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and chip seal to provide a durable, dust free surface. Marketing event parking may also be surfaced with alternative surfacing material. (2) A minimum of 8 parking spaces shall be provided, including 1 van accessible space. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). (4) Parking for marketing events shall be located on a maintained grass area or paved area to ensure a dust-free surface. i. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of Tretheway Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site where development occurs. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site Plan: (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists.
