(2) Each event shall have a maximum attendance of 50 people. <br /> (3) Special Events shall end by 10.00 p.m. <br /> f. PRODUCTION CAPACITY: A small winery shall have a minimum production capacity of 1.1 tons of <br /> grapes or approximately two hundred one (201) gallons of wine and a maximum production <br /> capacity of two hundred (200) tons of grapes or approximately thirty-six thousand (36,000) <br /> gallons of wine per year. (Development Title Section 9-1075.5[x]) <br /> g_ CAPITAL FACILITY FEE: This project may be subject to the Capital Facility Fee. If the Capital <br /> Facility Fee is applicable, the County shall collect the fees before the issuance of any building <br /> permits. (Development Title Section 9-1245.2) <br /> h. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All winery driveways and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with <br /> base material of appropriate depth and chip seal to provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper <br /> guards shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1075.8[i]). Marketing event parking may also be surfaced with <br /> alternative surfacing material. <br /> (2) A minimum of 8 parking spaces shall be provided, including 1 van accessible space. Accessible <br /> spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> (3) A total of,17 parking spaces (1 space is required for every 3 attendees) shall be provided for <br /> marketing events. <br /> (4) Parking for marketing events shall be located on a maintained grass area or paved area to <br /> ensure a dust-free surface. <br /> i. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of <br /> Tretheway Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site where development <br /> occurs. (Development Title Section 9-1020.5(c)) <br /> j. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015 5[h][1]) <br /> k. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists.
