SITE APPROVAL PRE-APPLICATION NO. PA-0200171 OF <br /> LM STEVE TOKUNO (C/O GARY CAMPBELL.) A Site Approval <br /> pre-application for the recycling and reuse of grapevines for"driftwood" <br /> for the pet industry. Located on the south side of Jahant Road, 2,500 feet <br /> east of State Route 99, east of Collierville. (APN: 005-180-53; Address: <br /> 5206 E. Jahant Road, Galt). <br /> Leanne Mueller, Associate Planner, Gary and Jeanne Campbell, applicants, were present for this <br /> item. <br /> Ms. Mueller introduced the project. Ms. Mueller asked the applicants if they had any questions <br /> regarding the Development Committee memo. <br /> Mr. Campbell indicated that half of the concrete exists for the parking, and that he would fill in <br /> the rest of the parking area. <br /> Mr. Campbell questioned the handicap restroom. Mr. Darrow informed the applicants that one <br /> unisex restroom would be adequate as long as it is handicap accessible. <br /> Mr. Godinho asked the applicants what their hours of operation were. Mr. Campbell indicated <br /> that the business operates Monday through Friday, however the tumbler is only used two (2) <br /> times a week. <br /> Mr. Campbell indicated that he would not be stockpiling wood on the project site. <br />
