Ms. Mueller advised the applicants to
contact Mr. Steve Dalton of the San Joaquin County Fire Prevention Division regarding any fire
issues.
Mr. Borges reviewed the Environmental Health Department requirements. Mr. Borges informed
the applicants that a Soil Suitability Study would need to be completed prior to issuance of a
building permit. Mr. Borges also indicated that the well must be repaired under permit and
inspection by the Environmental Health Department.
Mr. Martin informed the applicants that if there will be outdoor storage, it will need to be
screened so the material is not visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. The
screening must be six to seven feet in height.
10:00 a.m. 2. SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO. PA-0200165 OF
JJ DAVID FRANKE (C/O DILLON & MURPHY).
