Mr. Darrow informed the applicants that they would need to have the building analyzed by an <br /> engineer to determine if there are any safety issues. Ms. Mueller advised the applicants to <br /> contact Mr. Steve Dalton of the San Joaquin County Fire Prevention Division regarding any fire <br /> issues. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed the Environmental Health Department requirements. Mr. Borges informed <br /> the applicants that a Soil Suitability Study would need to be completed prior to issuance of a <br /> building permit. Mr. Borges also indicated that the well must be repaired under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the applicants that if there will be outdoor storage, it will need to be <br /> screened so the material is not visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Tully Road, Acampo). <br /> Jennifer Jolley, Associate Planner; Brian Gorbet, Dillion& Murphy; Arwin Franke, applicant, <br /> and Steve Dalton of San Joaquin County Fire Prevention, were present for this item. <br /> Ms. Jolley introduced the project. <br /> Mr. Steve Dalton stated that the roads should be named for fire purposes if possible. He advised <br /> the applicants to work with Mr. Matthews regarding road-naming procedures. Mr. Martin <br /> indicated that it was not part of this project, but agreed that for fire purposes perhaps placing the <br /> address on a post in front of each parcel would be helpful in case of fires. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the applicants that they will need to obtain an easement across the snipe of <br /> the property to the south for storm drainage. Mr. Martin reviewed the Public Works Department <br /> requirements. <br /> Ms. Jolley informed the applicants that they will need to obtain a grading permit. <br /> Mr. Martin advised the applicants to contact Mr. Karam of the Public Works Department <br /> regarding its requirements. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed the Environmental Health Departments requirements. Mr. Borges <br /> indicated that the property will need a separate well. <br />
