The 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on October 10, 2008. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal period will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next 18 months (by April 11, 2010). If you have not complied with the Conditions of Approval by that date, this approval will expire, and the project cannot proceed.
