Phase 1, to be completed within 18 months from <br /> the date of approval, is to include a 4,000 square foot building for an Off-site Wine Cellar, a Wine <br /> Tasting Room, and Administrative Offices. Phase 2, to be completed within 10 years from the <br /> date of appr6'val, is to include a 3,000 square foot building for a Small Winery production facility. <br /> The Off-site,Wine Cellar will store 300 to 400 cases.
