APPROVED USE: This approval is for an Off-site Wine Cellar, a Small Winery, a Wine Tasting Room and A-8ministrative Offices, as shown on the Site Plan dated July 30. 2010 Marrh 25, 20 . The projectl'rill be completed in two phases. Phase 1, to be completed within 18 months from the date of approval, is to include a 4,000 square foot building for an Off-site Wine Cellar, a Wine Tasting Room, and Administrative Offices. Phase 2, to be completed within 10 years from the date of appr6'val, is to include a 3,000 square foot building for a Small Winery production facility. The Off-site,Wine Cellar will store 300 to 400 cases. The Small Winery will have a production capacity of 201 to 1,000 gallons.
