Frontage improvements for the easterly 330 feet of Turner Road consisting of a 4-foot shoulder <br /> and 6 feet of_asphalt shall be constructed in-conformance with the standards for one-half of an <br /> 84-foot-wide fight-of-way Rural Arterial Road. The construction of the frontage improvements will <br /> u <br /> be deferred pon execution by the owner of a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improve ment.Agreement with a deposit equivalent to the estimated construction costs prior to <br /> approval of the Improvement Plan. A$756.00 fee currently is required for processing per <br /> Developmen�.Titie Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the <br /> required frohjpge improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a registered civil engineer <br /> With a typicallsection drawing on a form to be supplied by Public Works and submitted to Public <br /> Works for approval. As an option, Public Works will.prepare the drawing and estimate for an <br /> additional fee-of$330.00. The fee due will be based on the current fee schedule. (Development <br /> Title Section;9-1150.2) <br /> e. If any marketing events are held for more than,150 people, the Department of Public Works <br />! reserves the.ri ht to require a traffic study to determine the impacts and miti ation of the <br /> proposed project. The applicant shall deposit funds with the County for all costs, as estimated by <br /> the Department of Public Works Transportation'Engineering Division, prior to the Department <br /> preparing or'cgntracting for the re uired study. (Development Title Section 9-1150.4 <br /> f. Vehicular parking for the proposed marketing events shall be on the site. The applicant shall pay_ <br /> a_fee of$320:00 to process a request to the Board of Supervisors to establish a "No Parkin <br /> zone along the north and south sides of Turner Road, extending 500 feet east and 500 feet west <br /> from the intersection of the easterly property line of APN 029-020-02 and the Turner Road right- <br /> of-way. In t!t event that the"No Parking" zone is approved by the Board of Supervisors, the <br /> applicant shall pay$1,750.00 to Public Works to furnish and install the "No Parking" zone signs. <br /> g. Provide on-site lightinq at the.intersection of both the east and west sides of the project driveway <br /> entrance at tke intersection of the Turner Road ri ht-of-wa in accordance with Develo meat Title <br /> Section 9-1015.5(g), <br /> h. Provide pavement striping legend arrows and pole mounted signage for ingress and egress at <br /> Turner Roadfrontage prior to the release of building permit for phase two. <br /> i. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for development.
