The Traffic <br /> Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee currently is $213.22 per additional daily trip-end generated in the <br /> Lodi area. (The fee shall be automatically adjusted July I of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost <br /> r Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 7. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee currently is $1,430.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as service commercial. The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> f <br /> 8. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 9. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066) that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is req P required <br /> upon submittal <br /> of verification. <br /> I <br /> 10. Dischargers whose projects disturb 1 or more acres of soil or whose projects disturb less than I acre but are <br /> part of a larger common plan of development that in total disturbs 1 or more acres, are required to obtain <br /> coverage under the General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity <br /> kConstruction General Permit, 99-08-DWQ). Construction activity subject to this permit includes clearing, <br /> grading and disturbances to the ground such as stockpiling, or excavation, but does not include regular <br /> maintenance activities performed to restore the original line, grade, or capacity of the facility. <br /> I <br /> 1 I.
